We were attracted by the concept of the IMPM, which focuses on the real-life practices and challenges of senior managers, as well as on the mindsets required to meet these challenges and optimize individual and organizational performance. The IMPM was quite unique when Alcan became a founding member and there have been many innovations in the program since which have made it an even better fit for us.
